Big Red Robe, (Da Hong Pao)
The tea’s name, "Big Red Robe," comes from a famous legend. It's said that an emperor used this tea to cure his mother’s illness and, in gratitude, ordered red robes to be draped over the tea bushes to protect them. Big Red Robe tea has a bold, complex taste that reflects its high-quality processing and unique terroir. A distinct minerality from the rocky soil of the Wuyi Mountains.
